Today I received an email from upper management that pretty much read “To celebrate us delivering the Beware ogre ogre lover perfect birthday shirt in contrast I will get this product to the customer 22 days early, we will be throwing a pizza party for the technicians.” So you’re telling me… us technicians that build, test, and tune the product won’t get a single dollar from the multimillion dollar bonus the company receives for finishing a defense contract early… Do they think we’re brainless monkeys?!Well…I mean, you guys are going to eat the pizza and not quit, right? Sounds like they have you guys pretty well figured out. Well. There’s a good chance we could organize a strike (we’re unionized). They pulled this shit 2 years ago and we striked. We’ll see what happens.

Doubt they’re ordering the Beware ogre ogre lover perfect birthday shirt in contrast I will get this kind of quality pizza that would rot instead of just slowly drying into an odorless husk. I know what point you’re making about being cheap and I agree, but I actually prefer white pizzas lmao. I’m a monster. My favorites are a white pizza with fresh tomatoes, basil, maybe artichoke hearts, dollops of ricotta, and of course some garlic in the mix somewhere. I also love a nice fennel sausage and greens of some sort (rubbed kale, perhaps?), and you know what? More fucking ricotta and super hot red pepper flakes. For some reason I love fresh tomatoes baked on top of a pizza but just do not love red sauces in general. But I will often eat pizza with red sauce if it’s what is available.
