You can replace it with a cheap one, or an expensive one – but it’s still called an alternator, and you still paid alternator prices for it. Hard to say honestly. Could be in good faith or they could just be waiting for someone else they’re interviewing. But I’d you’ve been there a while then it would take longer for someone else to fit into the Arizona Diamondbacks Black Cooperstown Collection Forbes shirt in addition I really love this role so you would he the next best choice. Don’t accept this. They will string you along while getting the work done for them at a much cheaper rate due to your lower pay level. Thank you. I’m flattered. I’m not ready for this challenge just yet, and it looks like there’s some hesitation on your part as well. I fully believe that there will be a time when I will be a time in the near future when we will both be ready for me to take on the full responsibilities of this role, including title and salary.

Bro this is a trap. Don’t do more work unless you get paid to do more work. “When they’re comfortable” could be next year, ten years or never” more than likely everytime you ask for the Arizona Diamondbacks Black Cooperstown Collection Forbes shirt in addition I really love this money it’ll be some other kind of excuse. Don’t fall into a trap man ur better than that. I had this happen previously, team lead always means it is a promotion and should have a salary increase. You are not the new director or manager, but you are taking on more and leading the team. Demand more money for more responsibility. Tell them that can be temporary to see how it works if that is how they feel, but don’t do it for free. Set a timeline. 3 months is reasonable with a couple of checkpoints prior to that. If it’s not working after the first month drop back down. 2nd month – same. If it’s all green lights at the first two checkpoints but a big red at the third, you’ll know you’ve been exploited and it’s time to find another job. Perhaps say you can’t agree to this without agreeing a firm contract review date and new job description. Then if you can handle the description, you can weigh it up and see if you can stretch to the role.
