Drive towards local police stations, jails or hospitals. Police have a ton of fake stuff for swat teams like fake plumber vans, fake crane trucks, and fake poor people beater cars. Police here do traffic patrols in unmarked cars all the time. They have quite wide variety that they use from time to time some of them be real dicks about it too by tailgating people to try and get them to speed.
