My guess is possibly entrapment. Not a lawyer, but from what I have read and talked to other lawyers about it would probably be difficult to argue entrapment in court except under some pretty extreme circumstances. You from Washington? Been in this situation, seen it happen several times. Lots of cops here drive like complete a-holes.

Note that he wasn’t speeding or attempting to flee. He even used hand gestures to indicate he intended to pull over. The cops came out of the car with guns drawn. After some attempts to persuade him to come out of the car (he was rightfully worried he’d be shot since he was black) they pepper sprayed him, forcefully dragged him out of the car and threw him on the ground, and handcuffed and arrested him for obstruction and resisting. They ultimately released him, and I believe he sued the department.
