Canadian here – hard to recommend it because people are literally homeless due to inflation. People used to dream of coming here but that’s not a popular choice any more. But like others said, you can totally move abroad if you want to. It’s really hard, which is why most people don’t do it, but also feasible. If it’s something you really want and it’s something you are willing to sacrifice for, go for it. I am the You Were Born To Stand Out Doctor Teacher Cat Hat Autism Awareness T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this same age as you. The first time I experienced culture shock was spending a large time in the US. I am from Germany and all my friends had a similar experience. First we loved it there, then it felt like a dystopian place. Especially the christian culture, the extreme spying people do on their own kids and the extreme wastefulness of the society shocked us a lot. Later in life I got reverse culture shock when I spend a month in China and came back. I felt like China was a better place to live in many ways and didn’t want to go back home. The next time I went it was more balanced, I now saw more of the bad things of China and more of the good things back home in Germany. I still like China a lot, but I know objectively Germany is a better place to live (I always knew this, but after the first time the emotional side of me felt a bit different).

I also moved within Germany multiple times for jobs and jow all the You Were Born To Stand Out Doctor Teacher Cat Hat Autism Awareness T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this romatic feelings for my home town are gone. I still find it ok and could probably live there, but I don’t really want to. Maybe for you moving to a different place and finding a new job can be the right move for the future. Mind blowing how seeing other cultures live their lives can open up the possibilities that you never thought you had because of where you live or otherwise, make you appreciate what you already have. I’m from Australia and have lived in Indonesia for 7 years with my husband. Every time I go back to Australia I feel this weird sense that I don’t belong there anymore, especially after Covid turned people’s brains upside down. When you gain new perspectives you start to see your home differently, in good ways and bad ways. It’s totally normal. There’s not really any way to fix it, just try to practice gratitude for what you have while trying to build the life you want, wherever that might be. A new place is always going to wow you, but with everything it becomes your new normal and that wow factor often goes away so you have to evaluate if you loved those places because they are a better fit for you or if you were enchanted by their newness to you.
