Had a Hello Fresh box delivered via UPS. I got the Xmas Tree Santa Christmas Costume Matching Lolli Claus T-Shirt In addition,I will do this email saying it was delivered and the tracking details said “left with guard”. I was confused because I live in a suburban housing development with single family homes. No guard/gate so I was thinking they just pushed the wrong button. Well, I saw the photo of the delivered box sitting on my front steps, and if you look carefully you can see my cat sitting at the door looking out, so my package was left with my guard haha. I bought an Xbox series x last week online from Wal-Mart. It got delivered by FedEx and was set up to require a signature. I got a notification while I was at work saying “Your package was delivered.” I checked the delivery log to see if maybe they left it with my landlord. Nope. It says “signed for by…” and gives my name. This was at like 9 am and I don’t get home until 5 pm. I get home and sure enough, it’s just sitting on my welcome mat. Thankfully we haven’t had porch pirate problems but, it is still a bit irritating that they just ignore things like signature requirements. FedEx did the exact same thing to me, but it was a guitar, and they left it sitting in the driveway where it got rained on.

I sent my mom an expensive gift via USPS. I added the Xmas Tree Santa Christmas Costume Matching Lolli Claus T-Shirt In addition,I will do this signature for a few dollars extra to ensure if it was lost or stolen, I could claim insurance on it. She had some sort of digital signature feature turned on and so it was useless. It wasn’t stolen because people don’t mess with stuff where she lives, but still. Yeah my dad is cautious of dogs because he was a garbage man when he was in college and was bit by dogs on more than one occasion. Every time the owners would say something along the lines of “he’s never bitten anyone before, he’s such a sweet dog”. Dogs can act unexpectedly around strangers when you’re not around. I love dogs and have always had them – but it’s not cool to subject delivery drivers to them without supervision My son worked Amazon delivery for 2 days. More than once he had to “deliver” a package by dropping it and running before the dogs attacked him.
