I was super excited a few years back to see a fallout speed run until i saw it was like 7 minutes or something. Speedruns, especially glitched ones, display more than just skill at a particular game, but also the fruit of a huge (often collaborative) effort to find these glitches, make them usable, consistent and reliable, which is something that is often overlooked and underappreciated when people discuss speedruns — particularly glitchless vs glitched. As someone else suggested, check out “no major glitches” or “glitchless” categories, it seems like that’d be more to your liking.

That’s entirely your opinion and you’re entitled to it, but sweeping generalizations based only on your opinions aren’t necessarily representative of anyone but you, nor are they particularly useful. Well its like watching something like football and expecting football related feats of skill/strength/agility/etc…and then finding out the winner was actually just really good at getting into the database of the hall of fame and putting their stats in when no one was watching.
