They’ll see how much ‘Free’ they can get out of you for how long. In doing so, you’ll likely observe they will get bonuses based on how they’ve controlled payroll expenditures. That happened to me and it was 3 years of no raise and empty promises. It did however give the Wonder Album Shawn Mendes shirt Also,I will get this tittle that went in my resume Don’t do it. Can’t give you a pay raise? Not likely unless they are going bankrupt. Did your boss tell you anything? Or are they forbidding contact? They can’t do that, just remind you not to discuss business with them. Their personal developments and why are fully open topics. Get the deal in writing with a time limit (no more than a couple of weeks, month tops). Take it. Your resume can say anything you want it to say. In your next interview, you can speak to “taking over this, handling this initiative, etc.” Ask them if they will sign a binding contract to the Wonder Album Shawn Mendes shirt Also,I will get this extent after 6 months they will pay you $$ & give you said title. Imo, it’s a lose-lose for you. You either take the role and maybe get the pay raise which seems unknown at this point and they may try and drag that out. If you’re comfortable with the extra work for the same pay for an undisclosed time, I’d go for it. Have a backup plan. Get ready to bargain and be ready to move on if they don’t treat you well in that regard. Get time frame expectations and goals they’re looking for in you. It’s unlikely, but get something in writing. Basically, find out if they’re using you or actually considering you. My opinion? Ignore the people telling you not to take the job without pay. This is a great opportunity to get director-level knowledge and experience and most likely a new job. The people who don’t ever go above expectations and whine about a raise for every extra chore they’re asked to do won’t expect as nearly as much advancement in their careers compared to those who do. 1 month to see how you are getting on and what you are doing right or wrong. Then on the 3 months it’s should I get the pay rise or not. If not you go back to the previous role. Hmm. If you like your job I’d take it but ask for firm commitments on when they will decide that it is comfortable. Like, 30/60/90 days tops. And insist on clear metrics / goals (and not necessarily goals that include improving the position, but just doing it well – that’s when they slip in impossible sales targets or whatever it is you do)
