It may be worded in such a way that the Willie Nelson an American singer Actor Eagle Usa Flag T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this dealership has failed in its obligations. I doubt there would be liability, but someone who owns a Ferrari and lives in Kensington should have the money to pay a lawyer to closely examine it. Well worth a good look and a decent lawyer will likely manage getting cash out of them anyway. Luxury car dealers that screw up things like that won’t be in business long. The dealership hasnt screwed up here though, the car owner has by not being responsible and properly aranging to take over the communications for the tracker device. That would have been a requirement explained to them by their insurers.

It depends on if they communicated that when they sold the Willie Nelson an American singer Actor Eagle Usa Flag T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this system. There’s quite a few variations and it’s actually not unusual for the customer to be responsible for those services so you would need to tell them. Doesn’t matter to the insurer though. Their policy said tracker in owners name required, owner didn’t comply so no cover. Unfortunately theft related offences are very low on the priority list for police in this day and age as they are so stretched with low numbers and incidents which have a higher risk. It’s not a case that they can’t be bothered, it’s more a case that something has to give and theft which is covered by insurance is that something. Also, lets say they get CCTV, what is it going to show, other than when it was stolen, and by (very vaguely whom). If they are stealing a Ferrari then they are probably going to have a good plan. The cctv if it covered the theft location will only show them stealing it, its unlikely to show who it was. The car is probably out of the country since its been two weeks, you dont generally steal a car like that in the middle of the night without being able to shift it. Thats why the insurers require the tracker to be live on these to be covered as its the only chance they have of recovery, if located quickly. Even if they didn’t have a great plan the best you’ll get from CCTV is a general description. “Suspect is medium height, heavy build, dark hair, was wearing dark clothing and a mask”. Cool you just narrowed it down from anyone to half of the population. Surely when he took out insurance he put down it had a tracker? If so, surely he would know whether it was being paid for as he would have to contact the company and give them his details etc.?
