I’ve stayed at a few airbnbs with guidebooks with their recommendations etc. I find these beneficial. But even if they don’t have them, I just go on trip advisor and look at ratings. Maybe in the Will trade dad for firecrackers Fireworks 4th July T-Shirt also I will do this email you send when they book, write something like “if you have questions about restaurants and activities in the area, check out trip advisor as they have recent reviews of the businesses in the area. “ That’s plenty! You could tell them that’s all the info you have personally researched. Anything beyond that is just you being a Google middle man, so they should look at the reviews and decide for themselves. She didn’t take me up on any of the extras but asked if I could do the roses for $50. ETA – I got a negative review a few months ago because the ski resort the guest chose didn’t have enough Beginner/Novice runs for his girlfriend, who was still new to skiing. In his private message, he said I should have sent information about all the resorts and their trails. I have always expected that if you’re spending thousands to fly in during peak season that you would do that homework yourself. Or at the bare minimum ask in advance rather than wait until your trip is over and it’s time to review.
