But what about all the When The World Doesn’t Make Sense Go Do Coffee Roasting T-Shirt in other words I will buy this corporations and their investors whom expect to see 20% valuation increases annually?! /s I thought about getting a new phone last fall when I was eligible for an upgrade, but then I thought why? I looked at the specs for the new iPhones and there’s a lot of improvements for cameras, but I don’t really care about that all that much. Everything is so minor it doesn’t feel worth the price. My phone is doing fine, there’s no reason to replace it at this time. It’s also nice to have a slightly cheaper cell phone bill. Got a onePlus6 thing still runs great and is receiving security updates. Will change the battery soon though but otherwise perfect. If Samsung could sort out their battery life to be as good as the iPhones I’d happily just get the S23 and keep that for another 5 years but I’m seeing people post about their new batteries that don’t see to last a day.

That and phones haven’t improved that significantly now. The jump from my S5 to the When The World Doesn’t Make Sense Go Do Coffee Roasting T-Shirt in other words I will buy this S9 was huge. But I have an S21 at work and it barely seems any different to my s9 They should last this long, people are careless and break them though. And when even a minor repair cost 80%-90% the value of a new phone, why get it repaired? I agree especially since most of these phones cost a fortune now. I don’t have one that is expensive and I’ve received an email notifying me it won’t be supported after this month. I usually get a new one every 3 to 4 years but my wife usually passes any of our smart phones or other tech we replace to family and friends in the Philippines Google pixel 3’s are dying after 3 years due to the last software update that Google pushed. Google is saying that they will not replace faulty phones. 3 years. Search the issue, there’s a lot people complaining. My P20 pro is 4 years old at this point and it still holds up pretty well, the camera is my personal favorite bc compared to new mid tear phones it’s better, oh and i still have play store 🙂 Other than replacing the battery, my iPhone 7 did last until I decided to upgrade to the 13 pro. And it was just because I was switching plans anyway. I don’t think I’m a rare case here. It’s 2022, phones shouldn’t be sold with day 1 issues that never get fixed before the next phone release (and then never fixed after either). Looking at you Google.
