They handle customer support like a goddamn champion. We don’t have it where we live now unfortunately, but when my stuff wasn’t delivered, they instantly send it out again. It’s one of those 30 minutes or less services too, so it’s wicked fast. These other companies could learn a thing or two. I boycotted DoorDash a long long time ago, and I generally put up with an obscene amount of shit / lost money due to pure laziness when it comes to this kind of stuff. I pay hundreds of dollars in fees every year to all kinds of services for convenience and I ignore tons of extra costs including things that are disputable. For like a 6 month period me and my hangry wife would order DoorDash and we started getting a ridiculous amount of bot orders or scammers. Someone with no profile, only a few deliveries. This would happen constantly on both of our phones. DoorDash only refunded us a handful of times this happened and it kept going on no matter how many times we contacted support. And the What’s That Sound You Hear It A Squeaky Sound Christmas Squirrel T-Shirt moreover I will buy this asshole support system can cut you off when they decide it’s resolved so there’s no elevating your case or anything. The way they dealt with it was pathetic and I had been a subscriber of the service for many years.
