Multiple sexual assaults we’re committed by various border agents, and the West Virginia Football X Peanuts Characters Happy Christmas Shirt it is in the first place but government wouldn’t investigate or charge them. Several ended being charged by Arizona law enforcement, so there’d be justice. They use a series of for-profit contractors for detention centers and medical care, to limit government accountability. Oversight of those contractors is handled by the DHS, and negligence or other wrongdoing simply results in changing contractors at the specific location. That’s what has been the result of this case. Related, these for-profit contractors are riddles with fraud, shortcutting to maximize profit, rampant abuse (physical and sexual) and use detainees as slave labor- at many of the for-profit detention centers used by CBP, detainees have to pay for toiletries, food, phone calls, etc… and the only option is working for pennies an hour. This has included asylum seekers that were detained pending a hearing and undocumented immigrants held way past the Federal guidelines for maximum detention periods.

Every report that I’m aware of generated by Congress, the West Virginia Football X Peanuts Characters Happy Christmas Shirt it is in the first place but GAO or an Inspector General has found longstanding mismanagement and broken systems within CBP (they’re also horrible at actually protecting borders from real threats). They’ve been found to destroy evidence, use untrained “chemists” to do tests and provide false testimony, violate rights of US citizens, racial profiling at in-land border checkpoints, prolific social media use of active agents where they’ve been identified using racial slurs to celebrating migrant deaths, etc… Border patrol enjoys far greater privileges than mere prison guards. BP can legally violate citizens’ rights. They can steal from you; they can rape you; they can do nearly anything they want, and you’re not likely to get any justice if you survive to take them to court.
