If they haven’t been charged with manslaughter yet, then the Wednesday Night Fever Shirt What’s more,I will buy this system is not even pretending to function lawfully. Unfortunately, customs and border patrol has all kinds of added protections that prison guards aren’t afforded. Agents and employees do not have the First Amendment protection from retaliation to whistleblowing. The Supreme Court ruled that no Federal employees have that peotection, in the early 2000’s, and Border Patrol isn’t covered by the Federal Law created by Congress to protect Federal Whistleblowers (not that it does much protecting anyway). Customs and Border Patrol have immunity from civil lawsuits when violating people’s Civil Rights (Constitutional Rights, especially the 4th and 5th Amendment). Supreme Court ruled that last year, after years of the Federal government denying people the ability to sue them anyway. The court did rule that if our civil rights are violated, we’re allowed to report that violation to Customs and Border Patrol/DHS so they can investigate and resolve internally as they deem appropriate.

The court ruled several years ago that Mexican nationals can’t sue the Wednesday Night Fever Shirt What’s more,I will buy this US or Border Patrol agents for murdering people on the Mexico side of the border. That came up because on two separate occasions, border patrol agents shot thru the border fence and killed a 15 year old and a 16 year old, for allegedly throwing rocks at the fence. In the case involving the murder of the 15 year old, the US Federal government refused to file any criminal charges against the agent and of course denied extradition requests by Mexico. The case with the 26 year old, actually went to trial (because of public outcry, seeing as it was the 2nd time they killed a kid in Mexico in a year) and it resulted in a hung jury.
