Never too late. We must all stand up for one another, its a service industry, and obviously not everyone is cut out for it. Just never be rude to them either, but when you get home whip out that sharp pen , i do believe the Airline cares! Have you complained? When I had an issue in first class (different airline to be fair) they flipped out and were definitely more keen to compensate. Lufthansa isn’t much better but I hear you. Singapore and Emirates are so good. I’d put Virgin Atlantic in the same category. Edit aferre reading some other responses from op sounds like flight attendant a b*thx and possibly racist I’m so sorry you experienced this op definitely report them it’s unacceptable on all counts Yeah I’m a United 1k and I often fly first; the hostesses usually serve the high status flyers (Global Service, 1K) first, then down the ranks of frequent flyers (Platinum, Gold, Silver) then normal non status but revenue first class, then non-revenue first class. I’ve noticed this and it doesn’t happen all the time but I’d say maybe 60% of the flights I’m on. Yeah when that happens you need to speak up. Say something like “excuse me, you may have inadvertently skipped me, I would like …….” Thanks, I will. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with it multiple times, but I know what to do if it ever happens again now

That stinks! Sorry your first class experience was less than that. I’ve seen your responses and can’t think of a reason for it so I guess, next time speak up, which you shouldn’t have to but whatever. A very weird thing that always happens to me, no matter where I’m seated, is that when the Welder Dad Is Like A Normal Dad Only Cooler Vintage Welding Lover T-Shirt it is in the first place but FA go around picking empty cups etc., they always skip me. I have to reach out and practically stick in the trash bag. I travel a lot (United 1k) and in First Class, United always takes peoples orders in the order of their status. Air travel in general is a very status-based system with some people being treated much better than others, but it’s got nothing to do with how you look, and everything to do with how much business you are giving the airline. Is that normal though? I fly first class or business plus with delta often and I’m not that high of status and I’ve never been passed over? That seems like a really inefficient way for the FA’s to provide service. I understand the reasoning, if they have to stop service at any time they’ve already served the highest tier. But it just doesn’t seem like a good plan.
