I noticed that the flight attendant skipped me when serving drinks twice. The first time she skipped me, served others around me and then circled back; the second time she didn’t serve me at all—she served everyone else in first class… then with 20 minutes left in the flight she asked me “Oh did you want anything to drink?”. At that point I just told her no. She literally took the drink order of the person in the same row as me (I had the aisle seat, he had the window) but skipped me.User avatar I fly American business class regularly and the only time I’ve seen them go out of order is if someone isn’t in their seat when they are doing drink orders. They usually go row by row and take window seat then aisle seat orders. It sounds like you just got a bad flight attendant. Yeah I thought that’s what it would be but for some reason it wasn’t. I just called customer service to ask if there was a different order they go by but they just confirmed that it should have been the way you described

It’s annoying because you don’t want to make a fuss but especially for the They didn’t steal slaves…they made them made them slaves T-Shirt In addition,I will do this cost of business/first, you’d expect some level of service minimum. Mine was a dumb thing where they offered everyone else a drink and the little nuts and cheese. I got skipped. And when I asked I was pretty condescendingly told they were out of nuts and cheese (which I doubt but whatever). And when I asked for a glass of whatever sparkling wine they had – I was pretty again condescendingly told I would need to be more specific and if I needed more time, they would come back when I was ready (there was only one type of sparkling wine available). Another passenger across the aisle got skipped for dinner service. And when he asked – a different FA told him also pretty condescendingly to “please be patient – not everyone has been served yet”. They never came back until he called again after most of us had already finished eating. And 1) annoyingly kept asking him to repeat himself and speak up before he even finished a sentence – even though his English was accented but obviously understandable and I could hear him clearly across the aisle and 2) made a tiny quip that annoyed me of “well if you’re ready for your meal now” as if he had been sleeping during service and hadn’t specifically asked earlier and 3) only had one option still available.
