Judgment is not a bad thing, it is a conclusion and decision based on your wisdom, compassion, and perceptions. Everyone MUST make the Welcome To Messi Inter Miami Signature T-Shirt in other words I will buy this best judgements they can, hopefully in accordance with those values or similar ones. The poster is talking about people like you, who don’t seem to have a clue about the origins of meditation, the progress of meditation, the effects of meditation, and the limitations of meditation. The only comment that matters here. It carries so much weight and authenticity, this is the kind of content we need and come here for. Please, please continue to be a guiding voice in this sometimes dark and murky place, we appreciate you so much. I’m all for keeping the discussion grounded in consensual reality without going all New-agey and shit, but what exactly do you mean by “distinguish spirituality from reality”? Careful with that. None of us know which is which. Any distinction you make is completely arbitrary.
