Hanoi is especially unfriendly and uncomfortable if you are seeking western/first world comforts and conveniences. HCMC is better and more developed, in terms of tourism culture and infrastructure. Da Nang is a beach city, so it’s always going to be more relaxed than Hanoi, but if you really want to relax, go to Hoi An. But anywhere you go, you will need to be wary of overcharging and scamming. But yeah Danang is pretty good, their services are better than other cities
