one of my buddies friends way back in the Washington Wizards Nba X Staple Home Team shirt but in fact I love this day he had a friend whos parents were rich big ass house and he was fat. lmao they can afford personal trainers and chefs. I’d have the physique of a Greek God if I could afford both of those Let’s be real- I had an “almond mom” with her own food issues. She used to say things like “we have fat pets and skinny kids.” We just have snacks in the house. Or rather, snacks were orange slices. We always ate meals with small portions and lots of veggies. As we aged if we did gain weight, we’d get comments like “do you really want to eat that extra piece of chicken?” Because cheap food is fattening. Avail yourself of some documentaries on this topic. Fresh healthy food is abominably expensive but dollar store food isn’t. And it’s crap, high carb, high fat, high sugar. Like, actually rich? They have personal chefs and personal trainers and time to work out and money for other drugs and money for other hobbies and the freedom to travel and access to plastic surgery and access to any prescription they want and many options for controlling their environment and thus other ways to address stressful situations rather than retreat and medicate their feelings with cake. I’m very obese, poor, and have been my entire life. Growing up my parents feed us what they could afford. Sometimes that was tv dinners every night for a week. We only got produce when it was on sale, and even then it really would depend on how much it came out to. Most of our veggies/sides were canned or instant. As an adult, I’ve been trying to eat better and lose weight. I find myself spending around 50-60 for a single meal if I include healthy ingredients for a family of 3. I can of I go for inexpensive but highly processed or generally unhealthy items, I can spend the same for a few meals.

On top of that, wealthier families have more opportunities to get out. My family very rarely left our house. We would go on weekly walks with our dogs, because free, but that was all my parents really had time for. They both worked, so time was limited. Mom worked graveyards and slept until afternoon, dad worked evenings. This meant the Washington Wizards Nba X Staple Home Team shirt but in fact I love this didn’t have to pay for childcare, since someone was always home. But it also meant we were never together as a family. Even if we could afford to go places, we never had the time as a family to do it. We also couldn’t do things like sports. For one, cost of equipment. Two, transportation. With only one parent available at any given time, it was tough to organize transportation to and from any events.
