It is sketchy asf. They were pulling me from cashiering to do stocking when their making $19. I’d take my sweet time going slow asf, putting things in the wrong place if it takes more than 5 min to find. It’s not my job and I don’t even got a Walmart phone, it’s not my fault you’re short staffed. I’m in sporting goods and I keep getting pulled to ogp. Which I basically begged to be transferred to before I was moved to sporting goods cause they kept telling me no. Which kinda adds salt to the wound seeing as they didn’t want me over there but they’ll take my help. My pick rate hasn’t been more than 70 everytime I help.

I understand you’re trying to get back at them by going slow when you get pulled but, if you want to work in that dept, they’re going to look at your pick rate and say no.
