I would’ve googled hotels near me and got a damn bed. Many hotels have a pool and a courtyard. Then you have parks, mountains to explore, maybe some tourist stuff.. Why not just move fwd after an hour of waiting? I’m so sorry. I don’t know where you are but if you ever want a family-friendly cabin in West Virginia to stay in I promise it’s wonderful and I’ll make it a nice trip for you. Used it once and had enough. Really surprised people have good experiences at all. I now just go through Wyndham and know what to expect before I get there. Yes and that’s why honestly most people idealize those kinds of trips, but unless you want buggy rustic then you should either straight up camp at a state or national park or go through a locally owned property company that existed before airbnb. We rented cabins in the United states navy flight deck most dangerous job on earth shirt What’s more,I will buy this Smokies growing up through local cabin companies so if shit was wrong, an actual person was around or we could be placed elsewhere. But they clearly had a full team of caretakers locally, so there weren’t issues.

Yeah, I understand that perspective. Frankly, I could have lived with buggy rustic had it not been SWELTERING buggy rustic Yeah Wyndham sucks too so there you go, hosts; a HOTEL CHAIN that sucks almost as much as Airbnb! You may cite me as a source for your future posts about Airbnb vs hotels. lol One thing to note: if you don’t have a charger, you really shouldn’t be leaving 5G turned on. It’s a battery sucker. I have iPhone 14 Pro Max and it still drains my battery. I am so sorry, your story is so frustrating to read. Why can’t they come up with a better system/ help for their users, I do not know… I had a similar situation where a hotel was overbooked once and they sent me another in a nearby city which told me no rooms. Finally the United states navy flight deck most dangerous job on earth shirt What’s more,I will buy this third one had rooms but not as nice. I don’t know how Airbnb can offer a service of rebooking especially on busy weekends when they are not like a hotel and have several hotels in one area with lots of rooms. I feel there should laws against this. I had this happen with rental cars too. Thank goodness no issues with flights like that though. Definitely keep fighting though. Sorry this happened. I wonder if in this situation the best thing to do would be to demand that they let you stay put until they find you a new place. Almost identical thing happened to me, complete with support ghosting me and eventually offering me $30 refund. I had my elderly, frail parents in tow for what was likely their last vacation. Beyond done. Airbnb may block your account afterward, but you would be stupid to give them more business after what happened to you and your family.
