Holy cow this is terrible! I had a similar experience that thankfully worked out much better but I wasn’t attempting to work through all of this on only 1 cell phone with 2 cranky kids at 9pm. We had 3 people in our group. On night 2, the Stitch It’s Not My Fault You Thought I Was Normal Christmas Shirt also I will do this Airbnb had a bathroom ceiling leak that I messaged host about ASAP. The next morning the ceiling started falling on the ground. Host was great and offered a full refund. My friend dealt directly with Air bnb, they tried to help us find a new spot but there was nothing in the area that could accommodate 3 people. My friend told them they’d need to help us pay for a hotel room despite it being out of “network”. They gave us a $114 credit to use on Airbnb for the future and refunded us for 30% of the hotel cost.

We’re very lucky this all happened early in the Stitch It’s Not My Fault You Thought I Was Normal Christmas Shirt also I will do this morning and there was more than 1 of us handling the different steps. Same here. We booked on ducks island last year six months in advance. A rain storm was due the day we were driving in. I messaged the homeowner through the app and she said it was fine to come down. It was raining buckets. We made it and pulled onto the road and it was no exaggeration up to mid thigh on me (we got out to make sure it was not deep to drive in). We call again and the owner said stay to the side and drive through and like idiots we did. We got stuck half way to the driveway and had to abandon our car. My husband and I carried our kids in the dark rain storm into the house. It was filthy. Leftover food on the counters and so just dusty and grimy. I cried all night just being exhausted from it all. The next morning I was given the run around until I provided pictures of the state of the place. Since it was the busiest month of the year there was nothing in the island… nothing at all. They issued a refund but said to get out now so they could re-rent it. I lost it on the hosts and shouted something stupid like my kids will have breakfast and the we will leave. Witty right lol? Thankfully we found a substitute at a local rental place that was unfortunately much more expensive. We had a great time though. We used Airbnb a lot up until that point and had awesome reviews. Absolutely did not care at all at the situation. My favorite part though was all the drunk parties on our street trying to help us through the flood. Lol some good people out there still.
