As goofy as this idea is, I do know a few people that have bribed the UFC Bo Nickal shirt moreover I will buy this police to do their jobs. Mainly to get them to press charges, retrieve stolen goods or recently a friend had to pay them to actually look into a fraudster that had stolen hundreds of millions from their mom. They had filed a formal complaint with basically enough evidence for the police to arrest the fraudster, but the complaint had sat on their desk for months until they gave someone coffee money to grease the wheels and the person was arrested within a week. Having an extra reward for doing what they’re supposed to do is kinda a good motivation. I’m living in Singapore and heard this often enough. Police here don’t do their job because of sense of duty or whatever people like to say. They get big fat bonuses for hitting quotas and doing certain high stake jobs. That’s what keep them efficient and ‘clean’. When you get risk free money for arresting enough criminals, you don’t bother with $50 bribes.

People are laughing in the UFC Bo Nickal shirt moreover I will buy this comments but my aunt bribed two policemen to investigate her home robbery (she had cameras) so they can in fact be paid to do their jobs. also to mean that if you had enough of it, money/power/influence, you probably don’t have to ask and they’ll trip over themselves trying to do it for you for free to get in your good books. Don’t reward corruption. Spend your money elsewhere on people who deserve it. They are scum who should take a revolver out, put it in their mouths, and pull the trigger. That’s the only way you can look at the bribe system. Vietnam has many problems, and almost all of them are attributed to graft. The people all suffer from govt corruption. I think the idea is you pay them *not* to do something, rather than rendering you a service. It’s a nice idea, though.
