Join a martial arts gym. Full body workouts with cardio and mobility all in one. Way more fun plus you actually make friends i go to the UFC BMF Justin Gaethje signature shirt and I will buy this gym group, and I’ve been to a few. toilets always disgusting but other then that usually quite clean and good. I pay for a nuffield gym in St Albans and it has got tons of broken equipment and mouldy ceilings. It is not worth the price The biggest factor is the demographic using the gym. Ive trained in a gym in hackney central, and a gym in Highbury (same company). The one in hackney constantly had broken equipment, weights never put back in the right spot, and was always dirty (especially the toilets). The one in Highbury was amazing, gym equipment is newer, it’s clean, well looked after, weights always orderly. I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest the demographic in Highbury is slightly different to the demographic in hackney. People look after the equipment, they clean up after themselves, and they also complain to managers if shit isn’t looked after.

Here is your first life lesson. People in power view themselves above you. You pay for them to look the UFC BMF Justin Gaethje signature shirt and I will buy this other way, not to be your underlings. You can pay them to help you expedite a process, like “here’s some coffee money, I need this paperwork by Monday.“ But you can’t pretend to be their boss. You miss the point. It’s all about money. Cops simply are going to make exponentially more money drawing bribes from the masses than enforcing the law from the few. They don’t engage in bribery cuz they view themselves in any particular way, be it so or not. They do it because they want money and are in a position of power to get it. Guessing the anti-corruption is just a power struggle and public consumption only with no real impact on corruption? Grass rooted bribery is very hard to be stamped out by a central government, similar to how most form of unorganized crime is very hard to stamped out. And by definition, organized corruption at a higher tier of politic, by necessary, involve power struggle to be dealt with. And obviously any politician worth theur name woukd want public recognition. I mean I’m sure they’ll happily take your money if you’re that desperate to part with it.. what happens after that is a bit more up for debate.
