I sort of discovered this practice by doing what made my visuals more intense. I started picking points in my visual field and staring at them and focusing on the Two Tickets For Barbie Please Barbie Breaking Bad T-Shirt and I love this shifts that occured in the sensations under the light of awareness. I guess it’s kind of like vipassana, I started just focused on the visual field, but eventually the other sense doors will begin to merge with the visual field. That’s when things really get cool. You’ll notice scenery breathing, colors matching bodily sensations, visualizing energy moving through the body. You start to see everything as one continuous whole, and it is very fractal in nature, like a stream of colorful fractals dancing together. I changed my practice around this point to do nothing and rarely go back, because I could see what clinging was doing to my experience immediately now. It would make tears in the stream and obstruct the flow.

Never saw lights or colors. Not even sure what sering colors would signify.. I am sure it may mean something but maynot be significant in this journey else everyone would see them. The closest I have come is seeing faces or just a glimpse of closed eyes and that too extremely rare during meditation. I feel peace and Tranquillity during my meditation and I am happy with that although I would live to see and feel sensory perceptions. My cousin and I regularly talk about meditation and spirituality, myself I only ever see green smoke, this is usually on the Two Tickets For Barbie Please Barbie Breaking Bad T-Shirt and I love this back end of Isha Kriya, I also get to that conscious space in the middle distance where everything is gone apart from that place. My cousin sees neon green shapes and can also get to that emptiness. His wife is Thai and is really devoted to meditation and Buddhism but, when we all discuss together it’s clear that she is in awe of his progression, she loves it though. We also talk about samsara and I honestly believe that we are all at different stages in our souls development, if you can truly open up to that perspective, you can look at more enlightened individuals as an example of things to come as opposed to any type of envy (I’m not saying you are) I am full of joy when thinking about this, what is in store for us all is beautiful
