I am not experienced at all yet tho, and honestly find the Allisa White-Gluz Canadian Singer Flyer Vintage T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this light distracting sometimes lol (bc it makes me smile) What is seeing lights? Can someone explain because I have meditated in different circumstances (alone, group, church, reiki, healing etc) and will often see colors that go in and out like circles enclosing. It’s usually a light yellow color and a purple gray color (hard to tell what the actual color is). Is this similar? I had always called it watching the TV behind my eyes lol I am not very experienced (periods of on and off for maybe 5 years) but I have always seen lights. I did not know this did not happen for everyone My experience as someone who doesn’t visualize what so ever, yet as someone who can detect slight energetic patterns in meditation, is that sensory deprivation helps a lot in the beginning, a dark room. Also, which some people may not agree with, if you can get yourself into a relaxed state of quick shallow breaths, almost like it your heart is drawing continuously from a pool of air, you should detect “light”.

Have you tried making your visual field your meditation object? Pick it apart really intently, notice all the Allisa White-Gluz Canadian Singer Flyer Vintage T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this subtle shifts and how they all flow together. Stick with it until it begins to morph. Eyes open or eyes closed it doesn’t matter. I’ve come across various methods of visual meditation but I have been very focused on mantras. That I haven’t delved into that realm. I’ll remember what you suggested though. Curious is there a practice this relates to or someway I can reference it? Say to something in Buddhism or Hinduism? Now thinking about it there have been a couple times where I had no thoughts and saw some sparkles in my vision. Though thats not what I am referring to. It almost sounds like people are seeing dmt visions in their meditations at times. Not to the point of fractals but something of the like. Definitely fractals and beyond, meditation has taken me higher than any psychedelics have. In formless jhanas its common to see the highest extents of the psychedelic experience, they are sort of visiting the same places in different states, eventually you reach/become complete omnipresent white light and then all centers drop away. I’ve never gotten this far though.
