kuchh hota hai employee rights se India me? Genuinely asking. I feel it would be an uphill battle for the Turd Ferguson For President 2024 Stars T-Shirt Also,I will get this employee to fight this in labour court and bear the burden of proof. And he will lose his job 100%. You know, what really bothers me the most about these companies especially the startups is that they pay you very less and give you a hectic load of work and on top of that they don’t even give you the necessary training needed to even get settled in the task you are assigned in. When asked about why no training, all they will say is “This is not a school where we will give you training”. How can freshers adapt to the work environment if there is no basic training given at all!? Also why are we encouraging the meagre pay they are offering for interns and freshers? I mean the lowest I’ve seen giving stipend on internshala is 1k!!!!?!?!. Why isn’t anyone raising these atrocities these companies are doing? Plus they even make you overtime because they trap you in the pretext of “family”. This is the reason why so many fresher’s expectations and hopes get crushed because of these toxic policies.

Bro, there are trainings and internships where people have worked in lieu of “experience” or even paid out of pocket for training, etc. You are aware unpaid internships are a huge thing in our country. 1k is more than what the Turd Ferguson For President 2024 Stars T-Shirt Also,I will get this majority of interns get paid. Because it is a tough market and people who come out of this soul-crushing experience and still have spirit are the ones suitable for creating businesses and running them in this country. Yeah, but the point here is, why are we encouraging this behaviour? Don’t we have our own self dignity? Why are people even accepting to these ridiculous terms and conditions these companies make? And why only freshers are being a made a scapegoat out of this?!. What is the whole point of spending so much on education when they don’t even want to give a chance to freshers and even if they did, they resort to this toxic behaviour saying “oh you are getting experience”. How will freshers even learn the basic job environment if they are literally shoved into a complex toxic environment without basic clarity over how things work. This doormat mentality needs to be stopped or else they will keep on doing like this.
