They also offered to make a supervisor, despite not having any supervisor experience. They told me my resume looked professional, so I would be fine. At the end of the interview they asked if I could start tomorrow. I told them I would need a few weeks to get child care in place. They were super confused but said ok. Thankfully I found my current job where I am so much happier.
