If you can see and accept everything as it is (rather than how you wish it would be/fear it will be/perceive it to be through emotions and memory) that‘s where unconditional love has room to exist. Removing yourself from the Travel is the healthiest Addiction airplane T-Shirt in other words I will buy this equation by seeing yourself from the outside is, for me at least, the way to do this. A good antidote to disappointment is to have a lot going. Know that there is no such thing as living without attachment. Don’t fall for that bullshit. People who teach others about “living without attachment” have denounced nothing. You just live. Shit goes wrong, ok. Shit goes well, cool. You step in shit, bummer. Just get on with it. Find your way, be yourself and true to yourself. Care for your people and place. Don’t give too many fucks. Give to charity, work hard enough, sleep, eat. Just live. Smell the flowers, feel the pain, see the sunrise. Be. Don’t ruminate. Go for a walk. Disregard fear.I’ve found just simple logic reaffirms and points us towards this.

Example: wanting ___ from someone who doesn’t feel the Travel is the healthiest Addiction airplane T-Shirt in other words I will buy this same way. It’s basic logic, why would you want that? Being in a room with someone who doesn’t want to be there with you is awkward. Holding hands with someone who doesn’t want to is uncomfortable. Sex with someone who doesn’t want it is rape. Another example: parents at home worrying about teen child on prom night. Yes, it’s a dangerous night, yes they are more likely to die or be injured. No, worrying does absolutely nothing for the outcome. Zero. Zilch. It’s just wasted energy, negativity and anxiety created as a stressful illusion to be suffered with no benefit. Attachment is similar to these things. It is needless suffering which can be circumvented with some simple logic.Meditate with “I am free from attachment and hatred.” Anytime any kind of thought pulls you away from the meditation, repeat that to yourself. This is one of the most powerful (and at times painful) practices I’ve ever found. Painful because it hurts to let go of a pleasurable thought or to let go of hatred when we are attached to it.It helps to understand that mistakes, failures, and unexpected outcomes is a part of growing and learning. If you’ve followed your gut in taking the action, trying, and doing the best you could at the time giving the information you are receiving in the moment, you should appreciate and be proud of yourself for taking the action itself and not focus on the results.
