It’s a minimum wage job and this guy let 3 people get shot with 1 dying so 1 guy wouldn’t walk out with a few cheap items. Guarantee you he’s a conservative. They are absoluely willing to allow innocent people to suffer if it means a criminal will not get away with a crime. For example, the Transformers Rise Of The Beasts Bumblebee Shirt But I will love this death penalty. They know some people charged with murder turn out to be innocent, but they’re willing to sacrifice the lives of those innocent people to punish the guilty. Welfare is another example. They’re willing to allow children to starve because they don’t want those who don’t actually deserve welfare to recieve their ill gotten gains. And so these people died because in their head that was a small price to pay to keep an armed robber from getting away with less than $4 worth of merchandise. What’s really fucked up is allowing weapons of war in civil society. And then thinking minimum wage workers should have to face death or decisions about life and death because someone had a bad day. DETROIT (AP) — A judge on Tuesday ordered a Detroit gas station clerk to stand trial for involuntary manslaughter, saying his decision to lock the door and then taunt an angry customer contributed to the fatal shooting of a bystander. Al-Hassan Aiyash “continued to pour gasoline on the fire,” said Judge Kenneth King, who found enough evidence to move the case to trial.

Aiyash, 22, was working behind protective glass at 3 a.m. on May 6 when a customer’s failed attempt to make a $3.80 electronic purchase turned into violence. Video shows Samuel McCray repeatedly cursing and insisting he was going to leave the Transformers Rise Of The Beasts Bumblebee Shirt But I will love this gas station with the items. Three more people entered before Aiyash pushed a button to lock the door, keeping the four inside. The scene was volatile. Video shows McCray throwing a beverage against the security glass and demanding the door be opened. Two men who were subsequently shot testified that McCray threatened to shoot everyone. “If not for the fact that he locked the door, none of this would have happened,” the judge said of Aiyash’s actions. I live in Michigan, outside of Flint. All gas stations / convenience stores in less than great neighborhoods from mid-michigan and south have bulletproof glass to protect the clerks. I’m not sure if you’re saying that excuses the reaction, saying it’s all the fault of the shooter, or what. Locking the door over $3.80 is fucking stupid as hell, as should be obvious by these deaths. This isn’t how responsibility works. Is the clerk a fucking asshole? Yep. Is the above statement, from the JUDGE, true? Nope to solid ‘Maybe’. That statement is 100% true though. He held people hostage knowing he had bullet proof glass protecting him and that there was a man threatening to shoot said hostages.
