I’ll probably just be reading books on the Tour 2023 Charles Wesley Godwin Santa Cruz, CA Poster Shirt and by the same token and kindle app instead of reading whatever on here. Probably better for my brain anyway. That’s why I think Discord should adopt Reddit’s core features and take their place. At least we won’t see a rug pull like this anytime soon. You can install the Jetpack app to easily browse WordPress blogs. It’s not the same as Reddit in terms of interaction, but you can find content to pass time. I recently tried out Libby and now I spend way more time reading than browsing Reddit or reading articles online. It removes a ton of the friction from renting digital books from your local library. Lol once Apollo is shut down I’m out. It was a nice run guys but Reddit has been going downhill for a long time. Apollo and RES were the only way I could browse this terrible site, over the years I’ve been leaning more on Apollo and taking that away I might as well quit My favorite features of Apollo: Face ID lock, multi-reddits front and center, ability to save/download pics/videos in-app, default sorting per multi-Reddit or sub, and no NSFW warnings. I just tried to use the native app in the same way I use Apollo, nope, not at all. This profile is going to all but disappear once they enact this pricing. Reddit has been like the final boss of my internet addiction. Maybe I can finally quit it once and for all if Apollo is no longer a thing.

Same, everything is dying. IG, Twitter, Facebook 10 years ago or more, Pokémon, paywalls everywhere, every site wants you to download an app from the Tour 2023 Charles Wesley Godwin Santa Cruz, CA Poster Shirt and by the same token and nytimes to the nowhereville courier, Nah fuck that. I’ve been meaning to escape this shithole for ages, Apollo shutting down is the kick up the arse I need to finally leave. I’m sad this is happening but I’m not sticking around if Reddit think they can pull this type of bullshit and get away with it. I’ve been using Reddit for well over a decade, and almost exclusively with 3rd party apps. I stopped for a good while when Alien Blue got bought. I only started looking at Reddit again because of Apollo. Reddit is the only social media I consume. Every account I had on any other website is deleted or deactivated. I can say with 110% certainty that I will never use the official Reddit app or visit in my browser. I’ll just stop using Reddit, like I did before.
