Get that in writing. I got screwed over for 2 years being promised a raise after they made me a manager. I told him the Together Forever Disney Shirts moreover I will buy this day I quit that I had enough I was doing more than everyone in my department and if I didn’t get the raise that day I was quitting. I already had another job lined up for backup but it sucks. No. Either they want you to have the role or not. If they hired someone off the street, would they be paid less for training? No, of coarse not. Decline the position and save yourself the headache. Get in writing with HR the exact dates this trail period, stating that you will assume this role without additional pay up until that point and will stepping back into previous role unless compensation is set. and then 3-6 months later, that person is inevitably told they’re doing a fine enough job but there is just no money in the budget.

Together Forever Disney Shirts, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

So if they’re offering it, make sure the Together Forever Disney Shirts moreover I will buy this offer includes the conditions for the increased pay: length of trial, expected performance criteria, and what happens if you fail to meet those goals. So being in similar situations before this is actually kind of a win, granted not as obvious as getting the title and raise right away, but it is letting you build the experience and be able to show on a resume where you were an “interim manager” Do you best to say “I think it would be best if we agreed on a time frame to discuss this again so I can learn the ropes and we all know when to sit down and discuss the possible promotion again” something like 3-6 months. That lets you both build a runway of experience and also show them what you can do. This lets you jump into the role, get the reps. The trick being, also prepare for the double cross, say they say “lets talk in 6 months” you start looking into other jobs and roles with the new title around the 4 month mark, so you can potentially have offers etc to consider if they double cross or the raise/title aren’t what you hope for.
