it’s not a tip… it’s a bonus… y we aren’t paying the Toby Keith Rest In Peace 1961-2024 Shirt but in fact I love this housecleaner enough tbh .. and we all know it. you clearly aren’t in the US .. and I’m glad we think to give bonus to cleaning crews and the trash guy and anyone who cuts your hair in December. what’s a few extra dollars. They literally were gifting less than …. wait… they said 15 pounds… this isn’t even in the US. Giving a bonus is normal. . people do it for most service workers they employ They feel very much like one and two the same in the manner of which it is being applied. I’m not in the US but the UK. It’s not normal where I’m based, not sure about other parts of the UK or Europe. My dad had housekeepers for 30 years. A couple who the husband was in a bad car wreck and my dad put him back together. Always got paid more for holidays, bonuses etc. We have a once-a-month cleaner. I tip her $40 every time on top of what she gets from the cleaning company. It’s hard work (we have a dog that sheds a enough to make a new one every month), and they deserve the extra.

Toby Keith Rest In Peace 1961-2024 Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

My mailman was so happy with the Toby Keith Rest In Peace 1961-2024 Shirt but in fact I love this Christmas card and cash. Don’t forget them. We all appreciate being appreciated! I don’t know how many other roommates you have just split the 15$ with them. Then take a christmas photo without the greedy one and put it in a christmas card for the cleaner along with the money and add “we appreciate your hard work!” maybe underline “WE” so it emphasis’s the ones in the photo haha. No need to go overboard by paying them double. Just get them a bottle of wine or something. Thought that counts. We definitely give extra to our house cleaner during the holidays. But I wouldn’t be surprised if she lives in a nicer house than me because she charges $100/hr. Pay your double, and anyone else who wants to as well can. Your not going to be able to force them to pay their double, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it at all. Your roommate probably has no clue what their parents tip the housecleaner at Christmas, because normal people don’t brag about this. Tips at Christmas for the people who silently make your life better year round is VERY NORMAL and true generosity isn’t something you talk about to people who don’t need to know, you just do it. I’m not a house cleaner, but i do drive around and take care of people’s plants for them. the residences i go to are inhabited by very kind people and they always give cash for christmas. i appreciate it so much and i know your house cleaner would too! good looking out for people working a vastly under appreciated job OP.
