In my country. Without the The Western Conference NBA All-Star Indiana 2024 Reserves Shirt In addition,I will do this government mandated 13th month pay. Minimum wage earners won’t be able to celebrate Christmas with their family. Even pensioners get an extra 13th pension. So they could buy the grandkids presents or cash gifts. Bonuses are btw separate from your wages. So employers handing out Christmas bonuses would be extra on top of your basic pay. I cleaned houses back in the early 1990s and practically everyone tipped extra cash for Christmas. The ones that didn’t tip cash gave us boxes of chocolates. Most of the times cleaners and housekeepers are underappreciated. I have seen things… That is the reason why I gave up of being a cleaner. I live in a condo that has a doorman (5 actually to cover all shifts) and a super and porter (maintenance person). It’s standard to tip them all at the holidays. We also have a housekeeper. Plus I give the usual UPS guy and mail carrier something too. For the condo staff, it’s standard practice to split a month of HOA fees amongst them. I’ve been here 10 years and two of the doormen and the super have been here the entire time, so they get more, I think I’m actually filling out about 1.5x the HOA fees in total. Anyone doing some mind of work like that for you should get something extra for christmas/holiday they celebrate. Nah man fuck them. People whose job to clean up after others have fucking war horror stories man. They absolutely deserve extra. Speaking from experience. I don’t do it anymore but I use to clean shelters and restrooms at a lake park.

We never say thank you to our servents, my parents have kept servents for 40 years and never aaid thank you, its just not normal. this guy is psychotic “my parents are chronic cheap skinflints and have never shown the The Western Conference NBA All-Star Indiana 2024 Reserves Shirt In addition,I will do this smallest amount of generosity 40 Christmases in a row, why should I break their tradition of holiday miserliness” I work in a large office building and the custodian who works on our floor is the sweetest woman. Our nonprofit gets her a gift card for Christmas every year and we gave her a condolence gift as well when she lost a family member recently. Custodians/cleaners deserve so much kindness because it can be a very thankless job. If I was in your position I would also be disappointed in my roommates for being so cheap. Ugh. Referencing Dickens A Christmas Carol seems pretty far too. We don’t know this person’s circumstances. We also don’t know if this is the norm for them. To suggest they are Scrooge, who forced his workers to work on Christmas day for a pittance and in the freezing cold feels like a significant over dramatisation.
