It is SO COLD inside a house in Southern California when it’s 50 degrees out. Then when you go outside you already have a chill in your bones. Nah dude. Absolutely no one in Australia would get in trouble due to housing insulation (no one really lives in actual Alpine regions, except those working at resorts and very small handful of others).
