I personally do not think there is anything wrong with a trial period, HOWEVER, I would absolutely be sure to get a clearly defined (in writing) clarification on what the The Trail Blazers Are Trading Damian Lillard To The Bucks shirt moreover I will buy this trial period would be (I would suggest 3 months is enough, if they don’t know by then if you’re a fit or not, they’re after free labour), and what your compensation would be after that time. Perhaps as well, you can say ok fine, I can get why you would want to have a trial to start, pay me 5 or 10% more than I’m earning right now to make it worth my time to take on the extra responsibilities for the trial period, again, with a clearly defined end and a clearly defined compensation package when the trial period concludes. Right now, they’re desperate for you to stay. So you can probably squeeze them and they’ll give you a title bump and raise just to keep you from leaving. You have teammates who’ve already mentally quit. People don’t stick around in uncertain times. In particular, if there were folks who really liked your boss, they’re not long for your team.

The interim manager from another team will take (or simply get) all the The Trail Blazers Are Trading Damian Lillard To The Bucks shirt moreover I will buy this credit for whatever the new boss does. When this happened to me, they put the head of customer support in charge of our (highly technical) team. Me and another tech lead busted our asses to compensate for things this guy didn’t know, then he (and only he) got a promotion. If you were close with the old boss, you will forever be kept at arm’s length. It may be subconscious, but others will doubt your loyalty to some degree the whole time you work there. If (unlikely, but possible) you get a raise, it will be less money than you’d get by just leaving for a different company today. Tldr: Unless you’re a Machiavellian Jedi master, you’re going to eat a ton of shit for a long time to end up earning less money than you would if you just left the company right now. So leave the company right now.
