Use headphones and play in the The Temptations 60th Anniversary 1960 2020 Thgank You For The Memories Signatures Shirt and by the same token and dark for the best experience. As a massive Alien fan this game is perfect imo. I’m currently reading the novels, River of Pain atm, and had no clue how many Alien books there are, such a great franchise to get into. Also the Alien Isolation novel is definitely worth a read if you really liked the game. lol I played this game right up until you finally have to deal with the alien, and then NOPE. Stopped playing. Still own it, probably will never revisit it. It’s good to know I’m not the only one who’s scared shitless by this game. I made the mistake of playing it in front of my friends and now when they come over, they bully me into playing in front of them because I’m so scared lol i tried like 20 times over 3 years… xbox, switch… I can’t go past the initial shopping area. I’m not made for those games.

Yeah no, you need to be shit scared. Hide under a table it might walk past, hide under a table where it’s far away on the The Temptations 60th Anniversary 1960 2020 Thgank You For The Memories Signatures Shirt and by the same token and other side of the corridor, it has line of vision Hey… do what I did to take the edge off… Play it late at night while on an edible so that way when your GF proceeds to come into your office at 3am cause you aren’t in bed you’ll proceed to promptly scream and pee yourself a little. Turn off the music. Play the Mission: Impossible soundtrack. Now it’s not a horror game, it’s a secret agent game where you just happen to get disemboweled if the guards get you. Don’t worry, the “any key” just means that you can press any particular key on the keyboard that you like. GLHF! One thing worth noted is that there are actually two AIs behind the Alien, the Alien itself, and then the ‘director’. The alien is simple enough. It has a few behaviour trees unlocked at the beginning of a play-through on normal, and depending on how you behave, the director unlocks behaviours to curb said behaviour. As others have stated, use the lockers to hide too long, and the director unlocks the part of its behaviour that causes it to more thoroughly search lockers. Similarly, it’s the Director AI’s job to always try to create the most tension, but if you’re in a tension state for too longbarring some semi-scripted areas where the alien has to be actively hunting youhe director will encourage the alien to return to the vents. This ‘tension’ increases the longer you are in proximity to the alien. To make the game less scary, find ways to game the two AI. Ironically, if you stay near the alien but in its blind spots, it’ll make it leave faster.
