Since I still have a bunch of the THe Rolling Stones 1962 2020 Shirt But I will love this lying around I might as well use them and not spread around an unpleasant bug. I’ll stop again once I am healthy but I do think it would be a good change in our society to normalize wearing masks when you’re sick and in public. Yep. I look better with it. Also I’m helping protect some immuno-compromised loved ones of my coworkers, and neighbors. But most of all I’ve learned that there’s a lot of stupid, selfish people out there that i can’t even trust to responsibly breathe the same air as me. Yes, not for myself but for others since it seems like everyone forgot that there are people out here with compromised health ? Still required by law indoors here where I live in Canada. Emergency sanitary measures haven’t been lifted yet. Yes, because I work in retail and so am in the same space as a lot of people every shift. It’s a simple thing that I can do that gives me and the people around me a little bit of extra protection. I don’t know if any of the customers in the store I work in are immunocompromised, and if I get covid, the mask means that I’m less likely to unwittingly pass it to someone who could get seriously sick if I’m infectious before I get symptoms. Yep. I’m paranoid and don’t trust people. I’ve gotten used to a mask by now so it’s really not a nuisensece and feels completely normal at this point so I’m just gonna keep doing it. Yes. I have really bad allergies and I’m constantly sneezing and just gross… since I work with food it’s nice to have a mask to keep all that grossness in. Also, I don’t have to smile at customers (a man hasn’t told me I’d be prettier if I smiled since the beginning of the pandemic. It’s awesome), and I think less about my appearance/I’m less self conscious. It just makes my life easier.

There’s waves to a pandemic and it seems like people don’t understand that. Cases doubled in the THe Rolling Stones 1962 2020 Shirt But I will love this last two weeks here as was expected. I don’t want to get covid ever so yeah I’m double-masked still. It’s no hassle at all and I wear it all day at work for the last two years. Caught covid in January and despite being vaccinated, I wanted to claw my throat out. The 3rd day in I seriously wanted to die. Luckily I never needed to go to the hospital but I never want to go through that again so I’ll keep masking for now. I took a flight today and wore a mask. I don’t think it’s a big deal and you never know who around you is vulnerable so it feel like a kind thing to do. Half the people I work with came down with Covid this week. I do t think I picked it up but with asymptotic transmission you never know.
