Don’t ghost, wait for them to fire you and when they do apply for unemployment and make sure to list all the The Police The Camps 3 Aprile Al Palasport Di Reggio Emillia T-Shirt and I will buy this duties you did that weren’t in the job description and make sure to send them copies of the job ad the company posted. I’ve had companies do this to blame before and it sucks. Honestly, if you can afford it, confront them with the posting, explain that to keep you they need to raise your pay to $20 an hour or you will be resigning in two weeks.. begin documenting any retaliatory actions they take. CC your bosses boss on any correspondence. You’re going to be gone if you don’t do anything. If you fight it, you can potentially get a raise, or get documentation of work place retaliation and get a nice bonus on the way out. I would first thing the am, ask your boss for a meeting the same day. Ask why your position is posted online. Are they going to replace you, etc. What’s the worst that happens.

Ugh, I have been in this situation and my clue that it was happening was when I started getting calls inquiring about it… Found the The Police The Camps 3 Aprile Al Palasport Di Reggio Emillia T-Shirt and I will buy this job posting online, printed out the ad and my resume and handed it in to my office manager saying I’m applying for this job. The look on his face was priceless. But yes, definitely start applying for other jobs and forget them, they are not worth your time. It’s time to quiet quit and look elsewhere. Best of luck to you. Everyone in the office including HR uses the same Google email and he registered the email with Indeed to post the job. Apply by submitting your resume online through indeed. What a asshole. I had to train my replacement. I had been there 9 yrs, and this fat, big mouth got hired and was slowly moved into my job. People hated her. Thank god I was offered a better position by a co-worker that knew my value. Btw, I trained her incorrectly. I despised her and refused to help her. I’m not sorry. She was so bitter. 776 more repliesAre you certain you will be replaced? This doesn’t quite make sense that they’re going to hire someone at a higher rate just to replace you. Maybe they just want an extra hand, since you mentioned doing two jobs. In either case, ask for a raise now and if they refuse, put in your 0 hours notice.
