Anyway, I guess my better reason for concern is anyone else being discriminated against and a desire to make sure this isn’t happening. I just want to make sure this isn’t going to continue to happen. Discrimination is disgusting. There’s a lady I work with, she’s black. She’s interviewed and done well about 4 times? Just shot her down too, as they want a hispanic/minority person at this point. I’d be ****ing pissed, but don’t give them a reason to retaliate. If you’re good, they will promote you when their ****ed up process ‘allows’, which might be better in the The Niners San Francisco 49ers Shirt besides I will buy this long term than blowing it out and making sure that your only remaining allies wear red spider arm bands. The fishiest part of this story is OP says they only hire black, white, and hispanic employees. What about Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Native American, etc folks? If this place really had a racist conspiracy to hurt OP’s career they would have included those other groups too. I think OP misunderstood something since it doesn’t add up. You will never prove this but yes and particularly in government they have decided to fill a role with a certain demographic. It’s no different than the sisters brother in law needs a job and hiring manager knows before the job is posted who gets it. This is the norm in government.

They reposted the The Niners San Francisco 49ers Shirt besides I will buy this job because they didn’t get the desired demographic. This is common. Another thing common posting a job for 3 days instead of 10-14. Think carefully. I worked in ncdoc and got sued for age discrimination for not hiring a 58 year old white woman. When the a.g. Office called me to interview prior to trail, they asked me who i did hire. I responded”a 30 year old black woman.” I took a mail carrier test years and years ago. We had a test at the local cafeteria and it was packed. So there are 3 other people at my table. There was a guy in his 50’s. He was retired. He was going to get 5 extra points because of his age. There was a black girl who had taken the test 4 times that month. She just followed them around the State retaking the test. She got 10 points for being black and female. And finally there was a disabled Veteran who fell out of a jeep in Granada and hurt his back. So at this point I knew it was hopeless but I was interested in taking it and seeing my score. And my score was upper 90’s. About 6 months later I heard the local Postmaster’s nephew had been hired. At the time the only hiring Criteria was you had to get above a 70.
