Agent was definitely trolling and needs to be fired. Horrible representation of what is actually by far the The man the myth the ping pong legend vintage sunset T-Shirt besides I will buy this best customer service experience. Last time I informed them the driver didn’t deliver to my door, just the front of my apartment complex and they just gave me a full refund in 2 seconds even though I was still on my way down the elevator to grab the food (still there.) And this kind of ultra courtesy is common for them. Honest question: Why not take a picture? Is there no way to send it to them? I’m honestly surprised taking pictures with deliveries isn’t more of a thing. It should be the standard if you are going to leave something by the door, take a picture of it by the door and send it either to DD or the person to know it was delivered.

They into offered $5 credit to my account. I’m like, u serious? In restaurant perspective, I once contacted support to give the customer a refund for a item because we ran out of something in the kitchen and they didn’t wanna give the refund and it was considered a doordash error on us.
