It used to be okay, they would give extra credit for the The Man The Myth Legend Vintage 1973 Original Parts Retro T-Shirt But I will love this hour wasted. Now you’re lucky if they give you anything unless you report it completely missing. You should always just stick to saying you never received your food. Don’t give them any more info than you need to, they will use it against you. Man, that is rough. Instacart recently told me if I didn’t want my orders to be messed up that I shouldn’t pick replacements… what? lol This is wild. Can I ask where you are located? I’ve used a bunch of delivery and I fidn that door dash drivers are the most professional. Like I feel they go through some vetting. Or maybe I’m just lucky as fuck My dasher stole my food. It might have been grubhub, don’t remember, they both suck. It was like pulling teeth to get support to acknowledge and repeat back to me the facts of what happened. The restaurant was 30 minutes from me. It went from picking-up to delivered within one minute. The support guy would not admit that it was physically impossible. He could not guarantee the same dasher would not be the one assigned to me. I’d say it was like talking to a robot but GPT is 1000x more helpful than delivery support. Never have and will never take part in any food or grocery delivery because of this rite here and other incidences. Yeah.. kinda of idiotic to mention that you received the food, but it was thrown out the window. You should have said that you didn’t receive it since it’s not in your hands, took pictures of it, requested a refund, 1 star the driver, call DD and complain. Sometimes, being honest gets you sodimized, unfortunately. They are going to run themselves into the ground by not terminating these dashers instantly. I am sure Uber, etc. has these issues as well.

EAs absolutely insane as this is, them referring to it as a “customized delivery method” makes it hilarious. Imagine someone putting in the The Man The Myth Legend Vintage 1973 Original Parts Retro T-Shirt But I will love this delivery instructions “when you reach my house, don’t stop. Just toss the food out your window and keep driving” and the driver actually doing that You’re talking to a robot. If you are ever talking to a robot just type or say “speak to human” over and over until you are speaking to a human. Customise paying the invoice by using a trebuchet to launch small bags of loose change into the windows of the HQ This happened to me, I ordered some food that had broken a hole in the bag and all that was left was the residue from the stir fry. They claimed since I got it the best they could do is offer $4 back of the $32 order.
