His description sounds like racism and I’m always fascinated when white people say this happens to them. It’s also interesting that he interviewed but all of a sudden management remembered they were supposed to be woke coincidentally after he nailed his interview but didn’t get the The Grinch Wisconsin Badgers Christmas Football Shirt What’s more,I will buy this job. The fishiest part of this story is OP says they only hire black, white, and hispanic employees. What about Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Native American, etc folks? If this place really had a racist conspiracy to hurt OP’s career they would have included those other groups too. I think OP misunderstood something since it doesn’t add up. I have a cousin who I believe is a warden in the North Carolina prison system. I’m tempted to ask her but I don’t want to bother her with this bullshit. This is it. OP, just because the supervisor has observed that they are no longer promoting white people back to back, does not mean that it is an official policy. Noone will ever put this in writing because its absurd. Your supervisor was probably half trying to make you feel better and half expressing his observations that they have changed hiring to be more diverse (and may have said it in a way that shows he doesnt love the change). There is no way in hell that there is an official rotation system for race. Its possible that its an unspoken rule, but you not seeing white people be hired back to back does not prove anything except that they are no longer exclusively promoting white people.

The most probable scenario is that you did interview well, but did not have the The Grinch Wisconsin Badgers Christmas Football Shirt What’s more,I will buy this experience they were looking for. It is not out of the question that your experience level and good interview would have landed you the job back when they only promoted white people. That may have been the information your supervisor was conveying to you but through the lens of trying to make you feel better for not getting it. NAL obviously, but if you can get them to put this policy into an email, I have a feeling we will learn about in the newspaper. You forget…while being white themselves! The funny thing is…they will all experience it themselves really soon. The white males will soon be no more.. It is the plan. “I blew it out of the water”. That’s your biased opinion only. Not a fact. Maybe those that interviewed you thought that only the first three words of that sentence were needed.
