So basically, the The Grinch Texas Longhorns Christmas Football Tee Shirt moreover I love this real reason OP didn’t get promoted this time is because in the past, a group of racist a**holes decided to only promote white people. If they had not done that, then there would have been no need for such rules. Racism is not okay just because there was more severe racism(by your definition, not mine) before. You can’t fight racism with racism, it ends way worse than you might think. All races being treated equally is when the most qualified person gets hired and race isn’t a consideration what you are describing is 100% racial discrimination and is not equal. Treating all races with the same amount of racism may be equal in the long run but it’s not in the short term and it is absolutely still racism and not the right solution. Doesn’t appear to be anything of the sort unless there are more facts. Personal feelings are are not evidence of discrimination, nor are they evidence of actually excelled in an interview.

They’ll remember you when it’s your turn. Don’t fuck it up by complaining or rocking the The Grinch Texas Longhorns Christmas Football Tee Shirt moreover I love this boat. When it’s time to hire a white person you’ll be the one. Normally I would side with filing a complaint but I’m sure you well know that Corrections is it’s own animal. If you aren’t a team player you’ll never promote and retaliation is the foundation of Corrections. You must know that by now, right? This isn’t real. You thinking you “blew it out of the water” doesn’t mean they thought so, and if they are telling you it’s because of race, they just don’t want to tell you the truth about why they don’t want you. That being said, if you have it in writing that they won’t promote you because of race, you should totally call them on it/sue them, but you may not like what you find out.
