Can confirm but low energy is just the The Duke Silver Trio Shirt Furthermore, I will do this start. Things can escalate to MS like symptoms, exasperate PTSD a terrifying degree, cause impulse control issues and inappropriate sexual behaviour and even start to mimic schizophrenia. My GF has pots, not MS,.. but similar boat. Problem is b12 didn’t do much help for her.maybe not the right testing, not the right dosage or source… who knows. I really hope we did something wrong, or just haven’t found the right doctor to figure it out. Doctors and chronic Illness don’t go well together at solving meaningful problems which sucks. So I’m as lost as ever with the topic of b12 Getting it under control is incredibly difficult and doctors are under treating because of several factors. I have to self inject B 12 daily, take folic acid and b complex at very specific doses. If you have any questions I’m up for answering.

I get regular blood work and my b12 blood serum actually increased when I went vegan due to a lot of vegan foods being fortified with b12. I still take a supplement to be safe, but levels were fine as a vegan without supplementation. Had a similar experience. Do admit I do seak out B12 rich options specifically. My numbers look a lot better now. YSK you can be deficiant and have high serum values (in bloodstream). If you have low serum values, you obviously are. My neurologist told me I had the The Duke Silver Trio Shirt Furthermore, I will do this 2nd lowest B12 levels he had ever seen. Normal is like 300-900 I think….mine was in the low 80’s. I had to give myself shots in the butt for a long time. First every day, then weekly, then monthly. It SUCKED. Make sure your B12 stays in the normal range.
