Regardless, it sounds like a great opportunity if it’s something you want to do and you should be proud to even be considered. Keep up the The Doctor Who Specials Premiere On November 25 on BBC And Disney Plus Shirt so you should to go to store and get this good work my friend! This equates to a scam SCAM S C A M! They are trying to scam free labour out of you for no extra money. They are scamming you. They are just a bunch of chancers and want the managerial work done for no extra pay. How much was your previous manager getting. You want to be paid the same or you have no interest in the job. Call their bluff and ask them to prove that they are not scamming you. I know that they are scamming you ! If they didn’t already think you were capable of the job, then they would never have asked you to fill the roll. Never accept more responsibility without more pay. Decline the offer, unless they give you a raise Seems like a scam to me. Why give you the added responsibility without giving you an increase in pay from the get go? I would refuse until they offer the increase in pay as well. Don’t agree to doing extra work that a director does for the same pay and position that you currently hold. It’s unfair to you.

And you can say that you have earned extra money for the The Doctor Who Specials Premiere On November 25 on BBC And Disney Plus Shirt so you should to go to store and get this extra work (not to mention, more high stakes work) thar you have to do, and are not comfortable working for free because that leads to bad morale and bad morale leads for poor work ethics and poor work ethics lead to poor results. They want something well done, they should be prepared to pay for it. Anyway you can email them and outline clear expectations on the duration of this trial period before salary negotiations must take place Yea. They need to pay you for the additional responsibilities, work, and stress. I would not accept it unless they paid me – with an additional increase after 90 days. Did they fire your boss due to performance or to save budget? Email them “just to get it clear in your head” (I’ve done the with a senior manager who makes verbal changes to policy but never confirms in writing)
