But when we reached the The Christmas Lights We Can leave The Christmas January Snoopy Lights shirt and by the same token and Bangalore Mysore express Highway(covered almost 50km, 43km left), the tiredness coupled with silence made me sleepy as hell At this moment, you should’ve quickly pulled over taken a break, let someone else drive etc. Something similar happened to me yesterday. I was driving, i didn’t even feel sleepy, but I was jolted awake suddenly hearing the chime when you reach 80km/h. I didn’t panic or anything, but i quickly pulled over and let my father drive the rest. Yes, I was going to post the same thing. Advice to not drive when you are sleepy is great but sometimes you don’t know when sleep overpowers you. There has been an instance of me being jolted awake on driving when I had no recollection of even feeling sleepy and was well rested. Highway driving is a tricky thing. I used to chide my friends who always insisted on an alert chatty person next to them when driving but never again.

When I do shotgun – I conjure horrible scenes that may happen to the car and forever warning the person on the drive seat about vehicles around, etc. it’s no fun. How tackle PTSD? I had a very minor 2 wheeler accident about a year ago. After that I have become very paranoid and don’t ride 2 wheeler beyond 30 speed:( At this point I have stopped using any personal vehicle itself. Same – people say therapy helps. I have not explored as I don’t otherwise enjoy travelling or self driving. I’m gonna use my PTSD to my benefit of slacking within my city. Never ever do night driving unless you hire a driver. Lots of accidents in relative families from my mother side and father side. Take a hotel for one night. Not worth to lose your life. Me and family have avoided night traveling since 20 years. We were close to an accident happening that too after a second show in the city. Since then we have stopped night traveling
