This is what I wanted to say but couldn’t word it properly – if it was a fit of rage or even a home invasion gone wrong, you’d not be concerned. Organised crime is a whole other thing and you’d never know who would show up in case the Texas Rangers 2023 Take October Postseason Locker Room Shirt also I will do this new owners were a sham or something Yeah it sounds bad doesn’t it as no murder is a good thing obviously but if we think of murders as things that unfortunately do happen (thankfully rarely) they are one off instances and those circumstances are not likely to happen again in that home e.g. Two people fighting, one psycho person murdering a partner or a family member or something. Organised crime on the other hand is repetitive and all sorts of things could have been going down in that property for years! It’s not even just links to the “organised elements”. If it was related to drugs for instance those who are senior (don’t know if that’s the right word) to any organised drug crime would be aware that the house is no longer part of things but that doesn’t stop your average drug addict around town looking to buy drugs or steal drugs or some random gang type criminal coming to settle a score. It would be a huge absolute no – is anything likely? Hopefully not? But equally I don’t need that extra stress in my life, your home is supposed to be your haven.

Yeah, it would be a pass from me too. My brother bought a place a few years ago, apparently it was where the Texas Rangers 2023 Take October Postseason Locker Room Shirt also I will do this local big drug dealer lived. Three weeks after moving in, the police raided him at 5am. Bit of a backlog in updating the police database I think. When I was a kid my parents bought their first house under similar circumstances, dirt cheap and falling apart because the previous occupants were drug dealers/general criminals. While gutting it my dad found various sealed packages stashed in cavities behind radiators and we had a lot of visits from bailiffs and other odd characters for the first year before it became clear we weren’t the same family. Fortunately no violence or other incidents but certainly worth considering.
