The flat where serial killer Dennis Nilsen murdered a couple of his victims was up for sale a few years ago. It’s in a fancy part of London but sold for a fraction of the Stratonaut Nyet shirt in other words I will buy this price of what nearby properties were going for. Anything that reduces the number of potential buyers is going to reduce the value of a property. Presumably you’re getting it for a low price. If you’re not, be prepared for the possibility that it could be worth less than you’re paying for it when you do sell. Wasn’t that not so much the murders, as the way he disposed of his victims, that would give potential buyers the willies? We went to look at it in 2015, as we were renting nearby and couldn’t afford to buy in Muswell Hill! Husband is very pragmatic but it just gave me the spooks. We moved out of London completely in the end. The listing originally referred to the flat ‘having a disclosable history’ and the agent delicately danced around it during the viewing even though we already knew! A friend of my mums was living a few houses down at that time and used to see him around enough for them to exchange pleasantries.Chilling.

The question isn’t whether it will reduce the Stratonaut Nyet shirt in other words I will buy this price to disclose it, it’s whether they actually must disclose it or if they can simply not provide that information to the next buyers. However I would be wary of moving into that house. You say it was organised crime – I’m assuming county lines or other sort of drug trafficking? If it is, there have been examples of how they don’t care – they kill children, they shoot random people having a drink in a pub. I’d be very cautious of some people in the organisation not realising the house has been sold. For me, it would be a no. This is the point I’d stick on. Reduced value is a concern, people wanting access to the property to re-trawl for evidence is a concern – but some of them not being very pleasant people and wanting to make sure nobody looks at the evidence/wanting to retrieve cached items/not having got the memo that it has changed hands… I would run a mile. This is what I was thinking too – as awful as it sounds but a “normal” murder where somethings happened between two people who knew each other in a fit of rage or something like that would almost be less alarming to me than organised crime links. So many bad people will be potentially aware of that house and that would be a huge no for me as I would be worried who was knocking every time I’d answer the door.
