I hated everything about it except for how quiet the Texas A&M Aggies Football 2023 It’s In My DNA shirt Additionally,I will love this roads were. I lived on the outskirt of a big city, and a journey that’d normally take 45 minutes would take 30 at most. My work reduced hours by 10%. It’s surprising the difference working 36 hours a week makes compared with working 40. I work in Hotels, so we all got to work/live in empty hotel for half a year. Felt like ‘big brother’. Also to see absolutely empty central London, something I will remember forever. Had a newborn at home, I was furloughed. Got precious time with my wife and daughter that just would have never got otherwise. Honestly one of the best times of my life. I’m a huge novelty seeker, so I miss the big changes of the start of the pandemic. I miss watching the daily briefings and seeing what was going to be announced. The whole “unprecedented times” vibe at that time. Knowing I was living through this massive moment in history! the weather 100%. It was sunny everyday without a cloud in the sky. i remember having barbecues in April which is a massive difference compared to this years April as it was hot like 2 or 3 times and the rest only 10 degrees ish I’d go for a walk or run and there was so much respect between the (very few) people using the paths, like we’d try to move to opposite sides to each other, or stop to let people past at narrow bits. Now it’s turned back into a free-for-all. Also at the very start of working from home where everything was novel, and at least in my company there was a real sense of ‘anyone can suggest changes to how we work, and we’ll give it a go, because we’re all trying to figure this out together and nobody has all the answers’.

It was like for a brief moment in time we all remembered that we could be nice to other people. And then we quickly forgot about that as soon as people realised that their sourdough bread was actually a bit naff and too much effort compared to what you can get at a bakery. I miss the Texas A&M Aggies Football 2023 It’s In My DNA shirt Additionally,I will love this effort people made with each other, myself included. I used to go for a walk every day and call someone different. Each week my family would have a video call quiz/ game and just catch up. I’d moved into a lovely new flat and adopted a cat shortly before the lockdown so we had valuable bonding time I was lucky enough to be furloughed on 100% pay for 4 months until we were brought back to work, albeit still working from home.
